I think the big onis would be better than most of those shadowlands chumps. And then you could run oni lairs in the gold scheme, and laugh at shadowlands decks with their inferior gold schemes.

I had thought of that, but I decided I'd try to build a deck without oni to see how that would work out. This is a very preliminary stage of the deck, so anything's possible, heh.

Test of Honor and Dark Lords Favor are also good.

Test of honor costs so much, heh. Well this is not playtesting anywhere as well as I hoped it would so, I think I'll just use oni.

I think, Search for Advantage would be more practical for the sake of gold cost, and it is not limited to human personalities. I have updated the deck.

Test of honor is a really good card, I underestimated it's worth because it only effected humans, but I learned the hard way (it being played against me a lot) that I was very wrong about it.\r\n\r\nDark Lords Favor + Test of Honor on turn 3 ends a lot of games.

Well I'd be happy to include both, considering I can see the possibilities of Test of Honor being very painful, and at the same time, having the fun of banishing an orochi or something. I just do not know what I would remove if I wanted to include both.

He has to be. Lyrical taunts are far more scathing than brutish prose ones, that's why Scorpion are much better diplomats than say the Mantis.
