Hey All, I'm going to an event on saturday with my current dishonor bleeder deck. It's the first tourney environment I've gone to with bleeder, and I don't know the store that we are going to with regards to the environment there. I've tried to build a dishonor deck with enough military presence to give pause to the other player, between yumita/nomen/maemi I should be able to threaten a province occasionally, and they give good defensive capabilities.

I am considering -1 misdirection -1 unexpected betrayal for +1 hunting the prophet +1 Stay Your Blade. I know the military component and Third Yasuki War seem at odds, but it hasn't bothered me in playtesting thus far. I sadly do not have any reinforce the gates (I lent my playset to a friend, who hasn't returned them and is out of town). I do have a set of one after after's which could be put in, or some refugees.

Rip it up please,

 I'm suprised to see you switching out Maemi, particularly in an environment with mantis... is it her 8gc?

 Maemi is nice an all against mantis sure... but she doesn't actually really do much TO them. They have was to handle the likes of her. Arrashii shoots them in the face. Ikkou causes them honor loss. Mantis don't start off high to begin with. The best way to beat them is to drop them down as fast as possible.

Maru is because in the field you have, forcing them to bow their personality before they get to you is fantastic. (aka take down their big guy) Or if they are dishonored before they get to you all the same.

 I always kinda like playing Maemi *with* Arashii and Yumita... they shoot me, i misdirect onto Maemi, who lives, and then reply in kind with a shot straight through their chi 

Not to mention she's got good force and a rather productive offensive ability in the right deck :D

 8 players attended the constructed tourney at centerfield cards and comics (endicott ny). my deck is the same as listed above except that I removed nomen and chikayo for ikkou x2 and arashii x3 as well as shosuro maru (running 41 fateside). Additionally I added in the new dishonor action out of the IG, since the TO declared it legal.

Round 1: Crab (Great Carpenter Wall)

A New crab player, he opted not to attack turn 4 despite having 8 force and to attack turn 5 instead. Additionally, he dishonored vs. DVD relatively early, the next turn I flipped both Kaukatsu and Uyeda.

Round 2: Spider (Black Silk Castle)

Another new player, he HK'd Saya and attacked turn 4(?) and lost a personality to yumita (who ran home), this left him with only enough gold for one personality that phase. I HK his defender and swing at a province (no defenders unbowed), he moves in muketsu, who dies. next turn he flips only one personality, who I HK as well... I swing for another province.  with board control established I military the rest of the game.

Round Three: Crab (7th Tower)

For the final round, I ended up playing my friend with whom I rode down. Normally, I win this match 90% of the time or more. Today however, I get a bad start and see sozen turn 3 with an iron tetsubo for the turn 4 attack... my dynasty fails to not suck for the rest of the game and I take one of the more brutal losses I've ever experienced...

Crab takes first place (3-0) with only 3 rounds of swiss being played. I take second place, as well as knowledge for running a demo inbetween the draft and constructed. spirit and politics go to the unicorn. Economy I don't recall, it was either unicorn or lion I believe.
