Well, some comments off the bat:
Personality to gold ratio doesn't seem that streamlined. Lot's of non boxable beef for 14 holdings.
Fate wise things seem to be a bit more complicated. Having your traits dilluted in order to use courtiers and ditching the two decent courtier based battle actions (two front + misdirection) , makes it a questionable decision. Also, there doesn't seem to be any real actions that warrant the use of sup strat / unshakable, given that everything you play is practically 3x and you have a massive amount of card draw, either add some game swinging toolbox stuff (1x unfamiliar, 1x ordered retreat, etc) or free up some slots for other stuff, most likely some key 1x actions like contemplation and besieged (the latter being super good when you play second and you're in the bussiness of province exchange with mantis follower trains/ponies/etc). Finally, apart from hunting the prophet (which you will be rather hard pressed to play if you don't see a rich coffer or it gets razed) there's not much in term of capitalising on dishonored people.
So, why not speed this up a bit (with a few more boxables + suicidal actions like wedge), cram 3xbudoka in there (fat force + cards) and play this out of SSK? Through constant pressure of an honor runner, you will probably cause considerably more damage with the SSK ability rather than hoping to stall him enough without the rest of the dishonor toolset. Against military, I strongly doubt the DVD action will be of any use, since at best you'll see the 1st dishonored peep by turn 4-5 where the game will already be heading towards a conclusion. Besides, if the game stalemates with both sides looking at each other with 1 province each, the SSK ability can turn this around.
And if you are going for shock value with making kuronada pop out of DVD, imagine the look on your opponent's face when he realises you are serious about playing SSK :)
(and for what it's worth it's probably doubly enjoyable to smash your brother with a gimped box :P)
